According to Putnam's approach, the research analyses the triple forms of social capital, Within-centers, Between-centers and Institutional, among the centers, in related to triple elements of social capital (social communication network, social cooperation and social trust) which defined by Putnam. A Combination of Quantititative (survey) and Qualititive (deep interview) methods has been used for gathering data. The results show that  intergroup forms of social capial are more and stronger than exogroup forms. Although there are much tendency and propensity in the Centers for expanding universal forms of social capital but existent created space and  imposing widespread  limitations by the university management have annihilated the possibility of  developing generalized social capital.
