In this approach, three generations of human rights recognized are: 1. The first generation that its root and foundation is the concept of "freedom". 2. Second-generation concepts that generationalize the concept of "equality" 3. The third generation its root was based on the concept of brotherhood, and it is based on a humanistic approach and this attitude is less compatible with Islam. <br />The purpose of this study, a critical review of 15 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, on the Holy Quran. Research method is analytical-documentary. <br />The results show that first generation of human rights, have no complete compatibility, with Islamic concepts basis in some case have compatibility and others have not. According to researcher, the root of this incompatibility based on humanistic attitude. In first generation human rights contents and in second and third generation beside this humanistic attitude, there are totalistic and holistic attitude and these cause more compatibility with Islam. یکی از انواع نگرش و تقسیم‌بندی حقوق بشر،‌ نگرش نسلی به حقوق بشر است. در این رویکرد سه نسل از حقوق بشر مورد شناسایی قرار می‌گیرد: 1. نسل اول که ریشه و مبانی آن مقوله "آزادی" است. 2. نسل دوم که این نسل‌بندی و مفاهیم آن با مفهوم "برابری" است. 3. نسل سوم که ریشه و اساس آن بر مقوله برادری مبتنی بوده؛ بر مقایسه اومانیستی استوار است و با رویکرد و نگرش اسلامی کمتر سازگاری دارد.<br /> هدف این تحقیق نقد و بررسی مواد یک تا 15 اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر، در ترازوی آیات قرآن است. روش تحقیق در این نوشته روش تحلیلی - اسنادی است.<br /> نتایج مطالعه نشان داد که محورهای نسل اولی حقوق بشر در مواد ابتدایی تا میانه اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر، لزوما با مفاهیم اسلامی سازگاری کاملی ندارد بلکه در برخی موارد سازگار و در برخی موارد ناسازگار است. به زعم نویسنده، ریشه این ناسازگاری در نگرش اومانیستی حاکم بر مفاد حقوق بشری نسل اول است و اگرچه این نگرش در نسل‌های بعد نیز وجود دارد اما در نسل‌های بعدی که عمدتا رویکردی کل‌گرایانه و جمع‌گرایانه‌تر پیدا می‌شود و از محوریت انسان فاصله گرفته می‌شود؛ سازگاری‌ها هم افزون‌تر می‌شود. https://jas.ui.ac.ir/article_18237_610a80155e849984c0290cabf4be62dd.pdf
