		<Abstract>One type of vision and division of Human Rights, is a generations attitude to human rights. In this approach, three generations of human rights recognized are: 1. The first generation that its root and foundation is the concept of &quot;freedom&quot;. 2. Second-generation concepts that generationalize the concept of &quot;equality&quot; 3. The third generation its root was based on the concept of brotherhood, and it is based on a humanistic approach and this attitude is less compatible with Islam. &lt;br /&gt;The purpose of this study, a critical review of 15 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, on the Holy Quran. Research method is analytical-documentary. &lt;br /&gt;The results show that first generation of human rights, have no complete compatibility, with Islamic concepts basis in some case have compatibility and others have not. According to researcher, the root of this incompatibility based on humanistic attitude. In first generation human rights contents and in second and third generation beside this humanistic attitude, there are totalistic and holistic attitude and these cause more compatibility with Islam.</Abstract>
