Long-time discussions about the definition of well-being, factors affecting it and the huge volume of scientific research in the past few decades in the field of happiness and well-being indicate how important this topic is. This study investigates the relationship between belief in a just world and perceived organizational justice with employees’ well-being in Kerman city. Belief in a just world demonstrates that people need to believe that everybody deserve what they earn. Subjective well-being emphasizes pleasant emotions and cognitive happiness. This study is a survey, designed on the basis of previous research and relevant theories, including Lerner’s and Diener’s theories. The data was collected by questionnaire. It should be noted that sample size includes 386 employees working in different Kerman’s organizations. Sampling method was stratified random sampling. The data was analyzed using different statistical methods such as correlation and regression. The results of the study show that having a strong belief in a just world and perceived equity in the organization, increases well-being of the employees. According to regression analysis, 31% of the variance of the dependent variable is explained by independent variables.
