Taking into consideration the necessity and importance of identifying the factors involved and affecting social apathy as a social problem among citizens of Tehran, this research uses a theoretical framework already compiled and presents an initial theoretical pattern in order to study the subject and assesses some theories.
This research aims to identity scientifically and experimentally the subject of social apathy, to evaluate its correlation with field variables and eight social independent variables in order to determine the rate of effect of each item on the social apathy. Using measurement method studies were done on a sample including 850 persons, over 18 years old, residing in the city of Tehran, in 2008. Among variables of race, profession, and education from among field characteristics, difference was observed, and among all main independent variables, i.e. Anomie, Social Trust, Social Efficacy, Social Satisfaction, Relative Deprivation, Individualism, Cost-Reward Analysis, and Social Commitment a meaningful relation was observed.
Meanwhile as a result of multivariable analysis, a meaningful relation in a level more than 99% was found as to the theory of existence of a relation between independent variables and the dependent variable. It was found out that about 0.40% of the changes in social apathy can be determined by five independent variables i.e. Social Commitment, Individualism, Anomie, Social Satisfaction and Relative Deprivation.
The experimental results already obtained showed that the rate of social apathy among citizens of Tehran is more than an average level and the level is changeable as per the fluctuations in the said five variables, and it is possible to predict such changes by these factors.
Finally, the necessary experimental, explanatory and theoretical deductions for these social subjects were presented.

The main questions to answer in this article are : “What are the possible explanations of the formation of the authoritarian personality? How is an authoritarian personality born and where are its roots?” We used from F. scale. The original F. scale was to contain 38 items and 9 key dimensions of authoritarian personality: Conventionalism, Authoritarian Submission, Authoritarian Aggression, Anti- interception, Superstition and Stereotype, Power and ‘toughness’, Destructiveness and Cynicism, Projective, heightened concerns about sex. This scale defined by Adorno at al. in 1950.
The purpose of this research is to find out the level of tendency toward authoritarianism and to study the impact of variables like age, group membership, socialization of power (family structure, education system and mass media), level of education, income and occupation on authoritarianism. In this survey study a sample of 368 citizens of Isfahan (18years old and over) have been interviewed.
The results indicate that a significant and reserve relationship has been found between age, group membership, education system and mass media and tendency toward authoritarianism. A significant and direct relationship exists between family structure, level of education, income and occupation and tendency toward authoritarianism.

In this research feeling social justice which is one of the most prominent issues of welfare policies and effective factors on it is discussed. For inquiring level of this feeling as dependent variable, distributive justice and procedural justice are used. Research was conducted among citizen of districts 3, 10 and 18 of Tehran. For gathering field data, questionnaire technique was employed.
Results shows that feeling social justice among 40% of respondents is low and very low, among 11% is high and finally among 49% is medium. According to regressive model other variables such as trust on managers’ efficiency (with coefficient 0/57), religiosity (with coefficient 0/2), comparing self with others (with coefficient 0/16), feeling security (with coefficient 0/1) have increasing effect and variables such as feeling alienation (with coefficient -0/09) and living district (with coefficient -0/09) have decreasing effect on feeling justice. As a whole these mentioned variables can explain 0/53 % of changing our dependent variable (feeling social justice (.

The purpose of this study has been to determine the relationship between organizational socialization and organizational commitment among high school teachers. Population of this study was all of the teachers that were working in high schools of Hamadan city in 1389 and of this number, 143 persons were selected by single-stage cluster method. For collecting of data, 2 questionnaires have been used: questionnaire of organizational socialization Klein and colleagues (2006), and questionnaire of organizational commitment Allan and Mayer (1991). After a pilot study the reliability coefficient was calculated from the two questionnaires that Cronbach's alpha for organizational socialization 0.75 and for organizational commitment was 0.77. This model is includes six components of organizational socialization (task, language, politics, goals and values, history, colleagues) and the three components of organizational commitment (affective, normative and continuous). The results showed that the main research hypothesis was confirmed, therefore, there is a significant positive relationship between organizational socialization and organizational commitment. (p<0.05).Among the components of socialization, 2 dimensions of duty and colleagues have been significant predictive power for organizational commitment. Regression analysis also shows that there is a significant and positive relationship among the total dimensions of organizational socialization and emotional commitment. Among these dimensions, the task, goals and values show's a significant relationship with emotional commitment. Also a positive relationship was observed between six dimensions of organizational socialization and continuous organizational commitment that dimensions of language, politics and colleagues have a significant relationship with continuous commitment (p<0.05).The results showed that the relationship between six dimensions of socialization in general and normative commitment is positive and two dimensions of policy and task have a significant relationship with normative commitment (p<0.05).

The aim of this study is to examine affecting factors on high school students vandalistic behaviors in Izeh. In this respect, we use sociological, psychological and socio–psychological theories as our theoretical frame. Survey is our research method and a questionnaire used for collecting data. The sample consists of 386 students, who were selected through stratified random sampling. Findings show that age, socio- economical status and educational condition of student have significant inverse relationship with vandalistic behavior, and there is direct significant relationship between punishment, parent's discompromise , self alienation and having bad friends vandalistic behavior among students .In multivariate regression analysis for predictive equation of tendency for vandalistic behavior, variables including self alienation and punishment in school could explain 42 percent of dependent variable variation, and for vandalistic behavior, variables including punishment in school , self alienation, educational condition of student and socio- economical status could explain 38 percent of dependent variable variations.

The sample group consisted of 184 people who were students of architecture, in Art Universities of Isfahan that were selected randomly from different universities of Isfahan. Data about the research variables was conducted through Citizenship behavior questionnaires associated with Variables of socio petal urban areas and cultural components. For data analysis, the Pearson correlation coefficient was used in order to determine association between behavioral variables and socio petal urban spaces and citizenship behavior used Regression model to examine the contribution of each of the variables in citizenship behavior .The results showed that the socio petal spaces with five citizenship variables have a significant relationship. The highest correlation related to consumption participation (38%) and respect for others (39%) and the least of them was seeking justice (19%) and responsibility (19%).
