تاثیر زندانی شدن محکومین به جرایم مواد مخدر بر وضعیت بهداشت روان زنان آنها

چکیده

بهداشت روان حالتی از سلامتی است که در آن فرد برای جامعه اش مثمر ثمر بوده و به وضعیتی ازسازگاری و روابط اجتماعی ، رفاه و آسایش، رضایت از زندگی و سلامت جسمی رسیده است که در تعامل با جامعه از سطوح پایینی از رفتار انحرافی و از خود بیگانگی برخوردار است. بر این اساس، در این پژوهش، ارضای نیازهای غیرمادی، سازگاری و روابط اجتماعی، رضایت از زندگی، بیگانگی از دیگران و خویشتن خویش، وضعیت سلامت جسمی و روحی، وضعیت امرار معاش خانواده وکنترل اجتماعی فرزندان را به عنوان ابعاد بهداشت روان در بین زنانی که همسرانشان به علت کنش های مربوط به مواد مخدر زندانی شده اند مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. این مطالعه با روش پیمایشی انجام و به این منظور 800 نفر از زندانیان مواد مخدر که حداقل سه ماه از مدت محکومیت آنها گذشته با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی نظام مند انتخاب گردیده و همسران آنها با ابزار پرسشنامه مورد پرس و جو قرار گرفتند. یافته های این پژوهش بیانگر آن است که زنانی که همسرانشان مجازات زندان را تحمل می کنند بهداشت روان آنها درزمان مجازات حبس در ابعاد مختلف کاهش یافته است. بنابراین، با توجه به هزینه‌های سنگینی که زنان در ابعاد مختلف بهداشت روان در مدت زمان محکومیت همسرانشان می بایست پرداخت نمایند، مجازات مجرمین مواد مخدر بیش از آن که مجازات خود آنها باشد، مجازات زنان آنها خواهد بود.

چکیده [English]

     Mental health is a state of being effective for society and reaching to a state of compatibility and social relations, well-being and comfort, life's satisfaction and physical health that is in interaction with society with low levels of deviant behavior and alienation. According to this, the aim of this report is to study the satifaction of non-material needs, compatibility and social relations, life's statisfaction, feeling a sense of alienation from oneself and the others, the condition of mental and physical health, family's living and social control of children as the dimensions of mental health among women whose hucbands were imprisoned for drug addiction. This study uses survey method, and to do this, 800 drug users who had passed at least three months of their sentence period, were included and systematic random sampling is chosen and prisoners's wives were quiered by questionnaire. Findings show that the mental health of women whose husbands successful the rison punishments declined during the imprisonment period. So in regard to the heavy expenditures on the difference dimensions of mental health that prisoners wives had to pay the punishment of drug addiction convicts is their wives punishment rather than themselves.
