This research deals with the investigating the relationship between organization culture and corporate social responsibility (CSR). (Case Study: Energy Ministry). In this paper, the above-mentioned research split in two parts. First, issues regarding organization culture and organization culture management, then effects of organization culture’s stabilization on corporate social responsibility. The questionnaires list regarding organization culture derivated from Baron and Greenberg’s model and the questionnaires list regarding corporate social responsibility derivated from Denison’s model and necessary correct nesses exerted by interview with professors and some experts. The main effective criteria are achieved by exploratory studies and focus group interviews with experts. A questionnaire designed and distributed among a random sample of customers. Some related hypothesizes are tested and the results have been discussed. The finding of this study shows that organization culture has an important effect on organization climate and corporate social responsibility and there is a positive correlation between organization culture and corporate social responsibility (P<%5), in the meantime, mental model of employees is the most effective factor in corporate social responsibility.
